You get what you pay for! Would be worth paying an extra £25 and staying in a decent hotel about 5 minutes away! Room was dated and very uncomfortable. Contiental breakfast was cold toast and weak tea! Don't waste your money stay down the road and pay the extra £25!

The hotel was the worst place ive ever stayed in it was drirty the staff were totally indifferent the resteraunt was closed on the saturday due to a wedding wich we were never imformed of, the breakfast was disgusting everything was cold and cheap and nasty, and as for the bed would have been better with a blanket on the floor. I bet noone form your company has ever been to inspect it befor you put it on your site.

Please read above, honestly cnat describe how bad it was

Greeted in friendly and efficient manner.

The mattress was not comfortable, holes in the sheets. The tv did not work until you moved it! The bathroom was not very clean - old soap deposits on the sink. There was a bath but no shower and did not want to use the bath as it did not look clean. Old fashioned decor. Health & safety issues with no cover on the bathroom light. Grotty and would not stay there again if a free night was offered. Standard of room put us off eating in the restuarant.

The price and the housekeeping staff were attentive to our needs.

Beds very creaky. Toast and bland cereal does not constitute a continental breakfast. They ran out of breakfasts including bread on the Sunday morning of our stay.

Was very quiet, couldn't hear any of the other guests. Room was a bit dated but clean.

Beds were a bit creaky. Not much to do in surrounding area, would have to have a reason for staying there eg buisness trip, alton towers.

We didn't like it.....Awful place to stay - disgusting rooms, bed that stunk of urine and very ordinary breakfast. Unfriendly, unhappy staff.

dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, bed stunk of urine, lumpy old bed that needs to be replaced, very poor security - door didn't lock securely, furniture was worn, toilet didn't flush properly, noisey neighbours throughout the night that weren't reprimanded/warned, hairdryer was broken, no internet reception, parking lot needed attention - cigarette butts & rubbish everywhere, breakfast was the worst we've had in our time in the UK - stale toast and very budget bland cereals all served in an unhappy manner - loud heavy metal music coming from the kitchen. This is the worst hotel ever and should be banned from Booked.net!

Lovely crisp white sheets, and good white towels...breakfast was very good value for money

A lot of furniture in room gave a crowded feel

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean.

Breakfast only served until 10.00am on a weekend. Too early a finish. Generally in need of an overhaul, fittings very dated.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room considering the price. It's clean and comfy. A little dated in decor but more than fine for putting your head down at the end of the night

    Covenient for our purpose.

Needs updating, television out of date. Quaint, oldie-world atmosphere.

Absolute discrace to call it a motel, the place was filthy, antiquated, no such thing as a remote for the television, on the four days i stoped there the place had never been cleaned, as for the so called restraunt, the place was only open once, the meal i had you could have gotten from any supermarket, it was a micro meal. i witnessed the so called chef/barmaid in the kitchen smoking. the breakfast a full english consisted of bacon, sausage, half a tomatoe, and beans all cooked the night before and was hard and rubbery, an absolute discrace.

Welcoming staff. Plenty of hot water.

Restaurant is acceptable but a bit "behind the times" There was no Internet access - this is essential nowadays

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy and fast (even though I arrived very late at night). The facilities were clean and tidy. I would stay here again without hesitation.

There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation.

The us motel design means you only have to step outside your room to be outdoors & have a cigarette
